Pokemon - Bathtime for mudkips

She wasn't even angry. Because she's a sweetheart, and a very serious student.

I apologize for the crappy background, I had no idea what to draw and I'm seriously sleep-deprived, so I didn't feel like forcing my brains to THINK too hard of something better.
On another note, the wet effect was surprisingly easy.

Oh, and the different shapes for the fins are on purpose. As a pet owner, I'm always upset by the idea that all individuals among a pokemon species are identical, so when I draw pokemons, I try to give them individual characteristics.
